Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing by September 30, 2024. There will be an administrative fee of US$50 deducted for approved registration cancellations. After September 30, 2024, there are no refunds. Author registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another listed author on the paper.

Registration Includes: Keynote and plenary session, parallel technical sessions, poster sessions, student paper contest, conference proceedings, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, and the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening, October 15, 2024.

Additional Fees: Awards Banquet on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 and Tutorials on Tuesday, October 15 and Friday, October 18 (lunch and coffee breaks are included with the tutorial fee on Tuesday and Friday mornings).
