Booth Exhibitor benefits include:

Full payment is required by August 1, 2026. An exhibitor’s kit will be forwarded to you upon receipt of your full payment.

Exhibitor Pricing

Before June 1, 2026: $1,900
After June 1, 2026: $2,400

Exhibits will run from Monday, October 19 to Wednesday, October 21, 2026 as follows:

October 19, 7:00 am - 12:00 noon (Exhibitor Setup)
October 19, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (Exhibits Open)
October 20, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Exhibits Open)
October 21, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Exhibits Open)
October 21, 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm (Exhibitor Teardown)
